1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and dk333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the dk333 website, all associated sub-pages, mobile-browser interfaces, APIs, and any services, games, or betting markets made available through the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by dk333, you are required to create a personal account through the dk333 Login registration process. Each player may hold only one active account on the platform at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

6 Betting Rules

Upon detection of prohibited conduct, dk333 may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of all account balances including deposits, winnings, and bonuses; reversal of any withdrawals pending at the time of detection; reporting of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursuit of civil legal remedies for damages caused to the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the dk333 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and presentation of the website — is the property of dk333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

11 Responsible Gaming
